- ¾ cup So Good No Sugar Added
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- Juice from half a lemon
- 2 basil leaves, torn
- 1 handful ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until smooth and thoroughly blended.
- Chill before serving.
