Ginger + Zen Smoothie

Shopping List

  • 1 ½ cups So Good Vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango
  • ½ cup carrot juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 4 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until well-mixed and smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

 

Serves two.
