- 1 1/2 cups So Good Original or No Sugar Added
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 cup frozen seedless red grapes
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh spinach
- Half ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds or hemp seeds
- In blender, purée together So Good, pineapple juice, kiwis, grapes spinach, avocado, ginger and seeds until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; garnish with additional kiwi slices, if desired.
