- 2 cups So Good Original or No Sugar Added
- 1-1/4 cups hulled and sliced fresh strawberries
- 1-1/4 cups frozen sliced peaches (with or without skin)
- 2 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- In blender, purée together So Good, strawberries, peaches, honey, lemon juice and mint until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
