Swiss Soy Muesli

Shopping List

  • 1 ½ cups untoasted apricot and almond muesli (or your favourite muesli)
  • 1 cup So Good
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 small apple, cored and grated
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 200g tub soy yogurt (plain or berry)


  1. Combine muesli, So Good, juice and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Just before serving add apple, berries and yogurt. Mix well.
  3. Serve topped with extra fresh fruit.

Serves four.
